At Snowy Sprouts Nature School, we understand that plans can change and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future booking.
Cancellations made on the day of the session are non-refundable, as session preparation, staffing, and materials have already been arranged.
If Snowy Sprouts cancels a session (for example, due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
